A modest space (1100 sq ft) with a corner orientation,  big windows, 2 dressing rooms, bathroom and an separate space to be used for treatments, healing, massage, and other modalities of personal work.  Close enough to URI to potentially net some students, several businesses in the plaza already that can be mutually supportive.  The space will have to be created, a mission more articulated, since the space will be primarily Yoga oriented in it's nature.
