Valentines Yoga - Heart Opening

OK, so Valentines Day has passed, but we're still going to focus on our heart center this week. Chest expansions, spinal extensions, and reflection on what makes your heart soar. Won't be hard to do with the Olympic show tugging at the heart strings all week and upon my return from Park City, Utah. Please join me for an inspiring and heart melting class this Wednesday evening at 6:15pm.
