Whatever is happening in this moment is exactly what is supposed to be happening in this moment! It is perfect, it is beautiful. So when it gets to be overwhelming take a moment to close your eyes, tune in to your breath, letting the breath wash over and thru you as it begins to release all those hidden tensions...And now, in this moment, present moment, beautiful moment, rest in its embrace.
