The holidays have passed, but you have one more gift to give. Give yourself the gift of yoga. In a typical class you will move in ways that will stretch, strengthen and relax your body. With continued practice of learning to link the breath with movement you will be amazed at how you will stretch, strengthen and relax your mind. Yoga means union. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or renewing a practice, come and unite your body and mind. Together we will find the peace that lies within all of us.
